New Reputation System!

I've implemented a revision of the reputation system. Rather than points/comments, you can now Thumb your fellow posters. (Anyone who refers to the system as a Like system will be infracted. It's Thumb FFS)

It's currently available to Gold, Silver and Bronze users as we trial it and iron out kinks.

Moderators to decide via vote if it stays, or goes.

Funny thing is, I never used to neg anyone, well not for about 2 years anyway, but this new system is not OTT but allows a simple disagree/agree without the disproportionate effect of historical rep value..........it will be interesting to see how it goes.....
