New Reputation System!

I've implemented a revision of the reputation system. Rather than points/comments, you can now Thumb your fellow posters. (Anyone who refers to the system as a Like system will be infracted. It's Thumb FFS)

It's currently available to Gold, Silver and Bronze users as we trial it and iron out kinks.

Moderators to decide via vote if it stays, or goes.

I can still only give 5 positivr and 1 neg. Felt useless for months now.

I've rubbed sawdust and everything. Maybe it's time for "00 grade" fine sawdust.

I tend to give out 1000 pos when I give it..... Depending on how bad a post is I neg anywhere between 1 and 1000
