New Reputation System!

I've implemented a revision of the reputation system. Rather than points/comments, you can now Thumb your fellow posters. (Anyone who refers to the system as a Like system will be infracted. It's Thumb FFS)

It's currently available to Gold, Silver and Bronze users as we trial it and iron out kinks.

Moderators to decide via vote if it stays, or goes.

So once this system is in place can everyone see who has thumbed each other? Or will you still need to be upgraded to see who thumbed you? Would just be nice to see who is thumbing who and that way nobody catches anything nasty from going where Del has been.

Much simpler and less open to abuse, so in that sense it's a thumbs up. One downside is that the old rep system was also used informally as a pm for quick points. So that's a bit of a thumbs down departure.

In general: Tommy Smith had this sown up with his 'Over the Top' / 'Fair Tackle' responses.

Just one thing I have noticed, if you hover over the thumbs when there is only 1 thumb up or down it's fine, but if there are 2 or more it goes a bit mental, like it's having some form of fit
