Holgate was very good against Brentford.
Hope he’s got a bit of confidence back.

Their big grock of a centre forward is a concern tonight though.

Always felt this game was going to be all out attack from both sides. High goal game with us being more dangerous up front overall.

Our defensive back line just need a good, mistake free game. Please, no stupid suicide passes, or flapping arms from Pickford. Following the cup game, I have more confidence in our attackers now to create chances and get us a goal or two. Just need to keep focused and we should be fine.

If Mykolenko is out then surely Townsend at LB is worth considering? Particularly if we play with wing backs. Important to have a left footer there.

If we use the wing back system, his defensive positioning is less of a problem as long as he works hard - which he will.
