We were the better side for much of the first half, scored, conceded and haven't been in it since. We're too useless in defence to stay up. Sickening to see these win as well.

We will be OK. Injuries again, new players coming in.Gordon is ace. Gomes has to go...no pace. Need another centre half. We are trying to play better. Once VDB and Dele get some time in it will be fine. We look a better bet than many above us.

This has been a deflating experience at we didnt start playing spirit of the blues ad nauseam after we won the Brentford game

One thing that stands out this season is how easy players go past our defenders.

I know maxim is a good player but even against Brighton they were easily getting through the defence every time they attacked.

Hate to say it but Coleman , braithwaite (yet) and holgate are a defence that will get relegated just because it's nowhere near premier league level.

If our defence was good enough to be solid then we wouldn't have an issue. Even if they were west brom / Stoke grock style we would be fine.

We have issues but our defence is just not good enough
