During most matches Ian Woan spends much of his time screaming out @matty1878 posts from the sidelines.

I think it may actually be hurting the team's confidence.

He’s done this a number of times. A fleeting cameo where he makes a difference, then starts the next match and is completely ineffective

Correct - he absolutely cannot start.

But he can definitely succeed in a half hour cameo when we're chasing the game

I was listening to the first half on the radio and the general consensus was that our final ball was lacking. The player with the most composure in that final third is Gomez so he has to play behind Dom at the weekend and build play with the middle two. (Douches can’t do this) McNeil works so hard but you feel he needs to work less and slow down a bit.
