Newcastle Utd (and Viz)

Bloke tells them it's not going to happen

Bloke gets abuse for telling them he told them it wasn't going to happen

lol

They wanted to know whats happened, he tld them, they throw a massive tantrum. You're an irrelevant, small tinpot club, no serious buyer was ever going to be interested, hence why it fell through. It collapsed months ago but you're just too thick to realise it.

Thats that Stavely's rep in the bin. It now looks like she told the Saudis she could get them in by fronting the whole thing, and couldnt answer the simple question from the PL about who will actually control the club.

The only words in the media have come from her/her lot.

Especially after that City trial as well. Thats her done. Massive blagger, they've probably dodged a bullet with her not taking over. Unfortunately for them Ashley is skint and will need that making up of money to come from somewhere. Maybe someone will give them 5m for Saint Maximan?

Apparently Ashley getting blame for renegotiating the deal at the last minute. Once you put that through the gerodie b/s translator, what that means is no funds were available, he asked to see them, they didn't show them. It was rhbbish from day 1, as many of us noted.

Ashley will probably bleed the club like never before, and it's the least they deserve after their conduct. No gratitude for what he's tried to do for them.

As funny as it is, at the same time I'm just delighted the Saudis haven't been allowed to buy their way into the league. A truly disgusting regime that makes Usmanov look like the Pope in terms of comparative shadiness.

Yes true. And the good thing is, if the Saudi's were in any way ever considering investing in any PL team, that pipe dream has well and truly died today. Maybe they recoup and at some point in a few years they invest abroad, but they won't be coming near the PL again.
