If it were another set of fans I’d feel far more sympathy

That Ashley is a poison to the game we all love, make no mistake, but Geordies are such entitled bulbs a lot of the time that he almost gets a pass for pushing their buttons whilst taking a massive stool on football at the same time

He represents everything wrong about these business people who get into the game and treat a football club like it’s the same as a supermarket chain

Football is about more than just the bottom line, and when Newcastle finally get rid of the swine it’ll be a victory for the beautiful game

The thing is, they've been relegated 2 or 3 times in the ast 10 years or so. He's continued to put money in, even when they've gone down. Last summer they broke their transfer record by signing a lad idenitified by the previous manager for £45m quid, the same as our record. For whats a yo-yo club that's an excpetional level of investment.

All they do is moan though. There's no gratitude there
