That’s my neck of the woods. Part of the reason for my disdain for NUFC fans is having to work amongst them for several years and listen to the insanity, Northumberland, for me, is the best place to live in England.

Once had a job that took me to Maften, it was very nice around there, lots of money too.
Stayed at the big hall there, with a fantastic moorland golf course attached to it.

It’s a lovely area to be honest. I was working up Northumberland fire control yesterday which is in West Hartford. Nice place.

It's an astonishing admission really isn't it. Far from being competitive at the top of the league, even if they came in, they would still have been scraping the bottom barrel for transfers taking free transfers from relegated clubs.

It won't go ahead, but even if it did, it would have looked no different to what Mike Ashley would do anyway. You will not be winning any leagues on the basis of signing Ryan Fraser and an ageing Callum Wilson.
