Looked upset there with Lukaku, Barkley....Missed the first 27 minutes, how was Deulofeu?...Just saw the replay of the goal, terrific from Ross

Strange match from what I've seen the last 20 minutes, Newcastle looked like they had all the momentum there...Everton look a bit weaker than the side I recall before the winter break, especially controlling the possession - is this Roberto's strategy against Newcastle?

I had a lousy stream, didn't make out how the bloody eye came about

Midfield not having a good game here, mate. Hopefully we can start dominating the ball 2nd half.

Deulofeu has been a good outlet, lot's of trickery but again over doing it too much.

Just got in from work to see We're winning and both Arsenal and United are losing.

Joking aren't you? Bloody hell.

If Stones ends up at the end of the game looking like Terry Butcher did, he's going into my Legends pack of cards. Middle of the park is giving me squeaky bum moments. We win this we'll kick on for sure... COYB

He can't need a breather at that age and with the game time played this season. He needs more games.

Think he just needs half time and will be able to come out strong second half. Not just about physical fitness but after the adrenaline rush of that goal and all the effort he is putting in he looked like he burned out a lot. I'm sure he will come out strong in the second half with a short break.

No one expected anything from Arsenal Swansea, tonight is not the one, with regards the Gunners as the City game is the big one for them, before us of course. The main thing from tonight is we get the win. We need to calm down on the ball in the second half and pick them off, the are in a position where they will not get Europe or relegated so they may as well and probably will go for it, that is where we need to get to grips with the game and as I say pick them off.

not sure howard launching out every throw is the greatest idea. don't mind him doing it, but he's basically giving the ball back with the risky ones.

Yeah was thinking that...but in two of them..I think it was Deulo and Rom...they should come to the ball and collect it then attack. Not make the run assuming the defenders not getting it.

In general stuff like Ross' two attempted backheels are unecessary and could cost us. Keep the ball. Hold on. Play your pass accurately. Keep the ball and we will go up by two, they are not very good at all.

Not the worst half of football but I get the impression Everton are pretty comfortable when we have the ball. So comfortable one of their player didn't even claim the penalty when Dummett fouled him in our penalty area. Knowing fully that they will score a goal through open play. Those two up front together are a waste of time. Dummet has been absolutely rinsed by Deulofeu and both he and Yanga-Mbiwa have been absolutely dreadful going forward. I suppose both have some sort of excuse given a lack of experience and the fact the latter is in the wrong position. I don't think I've seen Gouffran play as bad either.

Same change that was made v Palace but I don't think it will do agree deal of good mind.

Also, credit where it's due, Everton and Martinez have built a cracking side. I'm not best pleased with that muppets cunty celebration mind.

Oh Newcastle.

Apparently Fellini should have been sent off for Elbowing zabalwetta.

Really need to take control of the game 2nd half
