Never understood why we got rid of him.

Presume it was a mutual thing.

He started most of the second half of the season on the bench during his last season with us, especially after we signed Schneiderlin.

Testament to him that he still wanted to be playing first team football at his age.

...he was slow when he was 25 so age didn’t matter too much. What a footballer, many only realised how good he was after he left us.

Very interested to see if he stays in the game.
