No, I don't believe he did. Nor did I say that. But Koeman was in charge when he left, that's a fact. He didn't replace him. That is a fact. And he spent the £90+m we got for him, and then some, on Sigurdsson (£45m), Klaassen (£25m), Sandro (£5m), Pickford (£30m) and Keane (£25m). We would be lucky to get £90m back on all of them put together.

So a twenty a season striker comes along every season and would obviously sign for us rather than any run of the mill CL team. Yes Koeman was rubbish,but saying he sold Lukaku and Stones who both were famous for wanting away is just untrue.

No, it's not untrue, it's a fact. I didn't say he sold them against their wishes, or to spite us, just that he did sell them both, along with all the others I mentioned.

Whether they were happy or not, we sold both of them under Koeman and he spent the money we got for them.
 
They would have gone no matter who was our manager. Koeman was guilty of a lot but trying to pin a player who continually talked himself up for a move is stretching it.
Stones put in a transfer request,what would you have Koeman to have done?
