End of the day it looks like he was the most available and suitable for our situation, sad but true. I would have preferred Dyche or Silva but it seems they didn't fancy the first and couldn't get the second. I prefer it over what Unsy is serving up.

Whether you love, dislike, or are indifferent to Allardyce (I'm in the dislike camp), I'm for getting behind the team (and I dislike most of them at the moment!!). If he does get this job (which looks likely) as an Everton supporter for many a year I can't turn my back on them. We're in a perilous position, and its hurting.

I hope we stay up, then bin him off.

I have no issue with people hating crooks, it's the hypocrisy that it laughable.

If you don't like the guy fair enough but don't go round wanting a billionaire with a shady past to buy the club while saying we're a joke because we want to hire a manager with one.
