There is a difference between close season and trying to take somebody's manager 12 games into a season, especially when he has a 2 year contract.

Chalk and cheese compared to Koeman, same with Gylfi.

they both play the same god awful football, I'd say sam has a better pedigree

but the hope im clinging onto is that sam is a short term appointment with a view to stabilising tehn move on

appointing Dyche would mean a long term manager

Seems ludicrous to me - I'm hoping that we actually approached Dyche, Tuchel etc and they turned us down

This somehow would seem less disappointing than not trying in the first place
