Allardyce should be given a fair crack at this job he has an 18 month contract so any talk of sacking now is quite frankly ridiculous & complete nonsense....

If he then does not come up to expectation then of course sack him, calls to sack him after 4 months are complete balderdash & absurdity to the extreme...

How can you expect any manager to overturn a situation in 4 months....

What happens if the next manager has a bad run of games....do we sack him too

Big Sam was a stop-gap appointment....the 18 month contract was simply him taking advantage of our increasingly dodgy league position....we now need a 4-5 year plan with a new manager in position... Letting Sam see out his 18 months is just wasting another season...we should be lining up our new guy now so he can start work on our summer transfers as soon as possible

Simple question then: what about his tenure as manager has you thinking he should be the one to lead us out next season? Was it the 20th in the league in shots since his arrival? Or his 20th in the league in possession since his arrival? Or was it the 19th in the league in shots against since his arrival?

To be fair, any manager would struggle with this squad.... I hope Moshiri is well aware that we need new players just as much as we need a new manager.... Its a massively important summer for us...

There are three kinds of lies : Lies, damned lies & statistics...

Disagree the contract was 18 months to see what Allardyce could do, if he stabilizes the club then he gets the chance to carry it on & rebuild in the summer....

It's all about results....

Results will determine his future & that is how it should be not hounded out because some fans don't like him...

Huh ? Some fans?...Know at least 25 or more season ticket holders who dont home and away any more because of this ballbag..if you think he deserves any more time here let alone give him managing us for the start of the new season then no kin wonder we are sinking in our acceptance of mediocrity..

Moshiri pulled the trigger on Martinez and Koeman for less, so I reckon Sams fate is already sealed he's just not going to sack anyone yet while the seasons nearly finished and were not quite mathematically safe, but once we are i expect to here something along the lines of, 'thank you, now koff', more diplomatic ofcourse

If results are what matter mate, then his future is already done and dusted :coffee:

Ps - He`s never been hounded out of a club yet, he`s got thicker skin than an elephant.

If they dropped the bomb, there`d be him, the cockroaches and ants, that would crawl out from under the same rock.

If its all about results, he's gone in the summer...

If its all about quality of our football, he's gone in the summer...

Its all just too dull under him, can't imagine another season of this crap...
