Koeman's obviously on record stating he decided transfers for the first team. For me, it would depend on how the unsworth/Walsh relationship worked as a deciding factor if I was a board member mate.

Silva, Fonseca, Dyche, Unsworth will surely all be under consideration.

Think it will be nailed on Unsworth for the near future, then we will see, would hate to be making such an important decision.
