Its sadly impossible to get a manger to agree that they can be sacked without the club spunking millions up a wall.
Ive yet to see any club manage it.

Wow. If we give Silva a 5 year deal Moshiri really hasn't learned any lessons has he?
There's got to be some sort of "you are terrible" clause tho. If he doesn't hit certain marks he can be released with minimal compo.
As I say, be lucky to get anybody to agree to such a deal.
