So shell out compo to Burnley for Dyche, then in two months time shell out more money to sack him, then in the same month shell out more money to Crystal Palace for Allardyce.

Yeah, definitely interesting.....

Mosh has not exactly been one to shy from paying out compo has he.

Settling for anything but the best sets this team back 3-4 years. You cant tell everyone "We have a vision, we intend to compete with the very best, join us" and then go and hire a second rate manager. You now look like you are dishonest, and good players dont want to come here. Im aware it will be very difficult to get the likes of Tuchel, but the good teams do things that are difficult. Thats why they are better.

We don't really know anything about the methods employed used to hire a new manager but it seems at the moment at least, to be concentrated around Allardyce/Dyche.

Even the board members are on GOT now.
