These Director of Football appointments and "dream team" double act management teams have been tried many times by various clubs and always end up in tears.

They just don't seem to work in this country for some reason or another.

To be fair to RK, I read an interview somewhere where he said that he refuses to get involved in transfers because of the corruption
claim potential and have little doubt that, like the Clinton Foundation and Hollywood, massive transfer kickbacks position is another scandal waiting to break.

However it is RK who approves the names the club buys - he said so.

Great words, but sorry we cant give the job to Unsworth. Our next appointment will be huge in this clubs history.

It has to be a huge name just to show any ambition. Unsworth should be all over the Championship looking for a job

it doesn't have to be a 'huge name' manager.

it just has to be the right manager.

I honestly think someone like dyche would come and do a better job at a club such as ours than a super manager like anceltotti. Everton are soo far from what ancelotti is used to managing I don't think he would know where to start.

there is one option who is a bit of both - super manager (champs league winner) and also a EFL championship winner. we all know who that is, and he would probably be exactly what we need right now, dare I say it.

He is probably the perfect candidate. Never happen though.

Perfect? Yes we'll go for the manager who finished below us in two out of 4 seasons in charge of our local rivals and repeatedly called us a small club.

Better coach and manager than Koeman - certainly.

Perfect, not in a million years.
