No, no, don't lock the thread. Let's just see where this goes. I mean, there are a few Managers left out there that we've not tried. We may stick with Frank Lampard if we go down though since he does have experience of Managing in the Championship.

Does anyone think we would've done any worse with Big Dunc in charge instead of Frankie Boy? I understand that the question has probably been asked already but I couldn't be arsed reading the other posts, so I don't know for sure.

Was Howe available last summer? He'd have been a logical pick with a pre season and given impact he's made at Newcastle.

Feels like he'll turn up soon once Newcastle decide they need better to attempt to qualify for europa league.

Appointing FSW as manager is one of worst managerial appointments any prem club has made in last decade, up there with Stoke deciding Paul Lambert was the man to save them from relegation in Jan 2018. He won once out of 15 games I think.

After yet another spanking, its becoming clear Frank isn't going to be our manager next season. So who do you want his replacement? Graham Potter was my first choice but now I'm not so sure after Brighton's latest run. I think someone like Nuno would be decent. Yeah I'm sure we would all like Zidane or Luis Enrique to take over but let's be honest; manager's of that calibre won't touch the basket case called Everton.

If the worst happens he got Derby to play off final in his only season there so relatively proven and could start developing a younger and hungrier team.

Excellent shout. Gave the RS a proper scare today. Has put together a decent team that play well together with little big spending or pointless egos. Horrific to look at. But can't have everything in a manager. Like the look of that Djed Spence, on loan from Boro. The sort of player we should be after if we stay up - too good for the championship.
