It feels like we're waiting on Man Utd to make the first move with Van Gaal's future before we act.

You could interpret things that way, or it could just be that we have been courting Koeman for the last fortnight and now that he's rejected us we are back to square one. Alternatively we could be waiting until the Euro's are over before announcing Lowe, in other words non of us have a clue but speculating is part of the fun. I don't see us getting Maureen whatever happens at MU though.

Nobody has been 'courted'.

Contact may have been made, but only this week, when the season was finished for most sides.

It'll be sorted, it's been five days since we played our last game.

Jose ain't happening. It's a pipe dream. We need to accept that.

All the other suggestions on the vote I'd be happy.

The United job will be the catalyst for a few different moves on the managerial front.

If it doesn't become vacant then it could get interesting.

But seeing Van Gaal booed by his own supporters during his speech on Tuesday must have sent a strong message to the board of United if they were still in 2 minds about his tenure. I now fully expect him to get the push next week and Mourinho to be installed shortly afterwards.

Once that door is closed then I think we'll move fairly quickly, but I think it's apparent that we're waiting to see how it pans out.
