28.2% want de Boer? I don't get it. Totally unexperienced manager in big clubs who failed in the last two years even in Ajax. And not even a big name. How he is exactly going to convince players to play here? My opinion is that he is not a manager players want to play for.

Koeman and Emery are the real candidates for me and I would be more than satisfied with either of them. Pellegrini the back up option, I am ok with him for a couple of years to bring us back on track. FdB no thanks, there are way better options than him like AVB or Favre even if RK, UE or MP would say no to us. Moyes is getting an interview probably only because of Kenwright, that wants to help his old friend to get his reputation in world of football back. No chance he gets this job at all for sure.

As someone who has not-so-fond memories of the late 90's, I'll always like Moyes for his work stabilising the club and for the work he put into revamping our youth system (which is now starting to pay off)

But we have to look higher than him I'm afraid and I'll be very disappointed if he returns given the calibre of other managers we've been linked to.

Agreed, what possible reason is there for Moshiri to look backwards and revisit the past? It would be an admission that he had no real vision for the club, which is patently not the case.
