De Boer is my man so I just wanted to correct the factual error. I think we need a manager who can continue on the work of Martinez and build the club from the ground up all the way from the youth ranks and be someone who will play them once they are ready. Even now I don't think we can compete with the very top clubs financially so for that reason De Boer is my man. We were on the right track with Martinez. He just wasn't the man to take us all the way.

I think there is a lot of sense in this (De Boer is my man too). Martinez had the right idea but was terrible at implementing it. De Boer has implemented it very successfully at Ajax and would be a natural fit.
