I think we need a manager who can continue on the work of Martinez and build the club from the ground up all the way from the youth ranks and be someone who will play them once they are ready. Even now I don't think we can compete with the very top clubs financially so for that reason De Boer is my man. We were on the right track with Martinez. He just wasn't the man to take us all the way.

We really weren't. Possession at all costs a la Martinez and FDB just doesn't work in Prem
