From another forum...(pinch of salt etc)

I was told last night.
We interviewed Pellegrini, did not really impress
We interviewed Moyes, but he is 3rd or 4th in the queue
We expect to interview Emery, he may now be the most likely
We are waiting for a yes/no from Koeman before approaching Southampton but feeling is will be no - he is preferred candidate so trying very hard to convince him
We will interview De Boer if we cannot get Koeman & are not sure on Emery
We will appoint a Director of Football
I would have thought we would do a preliminary interview of De Boer anyway like mate

Wooooooooo

I can understand those who don't want Pellegrini

He's hardly known for good defending. At City he had some big attacking names and one of the best goalkeepers in the League to offset that. He wouldn't have that here

Like the man a lot, but I'm not sold on him as the next manager

Think he's not good enough, he took over a squad that was already worth nearly half a billion, spent hundreds of million since then, the only guy in the country who thinks Sterling is worth 50 million, barely scrambled into 4th place this season, defended for two games in a champions league semi final when Ronaldo was out at the Etihad and for all the money they've spent i don't think he's left City in a strong position.
