I've backed Martinez since day one and have generally been happy with the progress we've made in terms of quality of the squad and the style of play.

The leaky defence is becoming tiring though. Especially so considering we've got great players at the back.

I'll personally back him till the end of the season. I don't think it's beneficial to change managers part way through a season and I'd like to see him turn it around.

It's doable. We are only just missing out on results.
 
I would rather have a proven manager with top level experience.
Walter Mazzari maybe. Champions league experience, worked with top young players. Was screwed royally by an inter and is free.

Right now I stick with Martinez though.

Pochettino went into a club with cash and avery good (and expensive) first team squad. Leicester are an absolute freak. But they wont get top 4.

RM has been here only a short spell in Everton terms.

It was all down to Moyes, a manager who had us hard to beat, fortress Goodison and all that, under Martinez we are there for the taking no matter who we play.
Moyes in all honesty was grim, but this clown is making him look good.

For the love of God if you're going to quote anything in this Moyes love-in please learn to spell.

It's football and it's defence. Once you get that sorted I'll happily start to listen to your thoughts on what Martinez did wrong at Wigan.
