That is very interesting about Koeman. Certainly a bit of movement there and he hasn't signed that new deal.

I would still enjoy the British medias fume coupled with Southamptons fans if that happened.

Look, times change. I'm all up for doing things a different way, especially if we've got the money to try and make it work.

You don't have to throw the baby out with the the bathwater, but if you can improve the first team and youth setup, why wouldn't you try?

I would, but internally after we've developed the stadium. We're now on the same financial plateau as the other mid- table teams and falling behind in relative terms.

West ham, spurs and city have raced past us in the last 5 years. Include Liverpool in the sky 4 and we're at best 8th.

Build the stadium and training facilities, and play our way to success, not try and buy it and waste the opportunity we've been given.

I actually have £2.50 on Koeman from about 2 weeks ago at 8/1 .
