I actually can't think of a suitable candidate.

We need somebody with experience, who will be respected by the younger players, has a bit of charisma to make the players want to play for him, good tactical nous and above all install a winning mentality into them, not just want to be a show pony side with all the nice tricks.

Rafael Benitez

I can put rivalries aside for the good of the club.

Its
Really? You're super qualified are you? Have you got your Fifa Pro Coaching licence to hand? Or is it one you need to print out of your gran's PC from Fifa 16/Football Manager?

Did you similarly think so poorly about Martinez when he ripped apart his first season here?
his first season is sadly becoming a very distant memory

Top choice Rafael.
Genuinely enjoy reading your posts & think you talk a lot of sense but seriously look at what he did to there academy.

No doubt he would improve us short term but If we are in the position to appoint a new manager it must be a pre-requisite that they understand the need to continue the great work Moyes did setting this up & roberto for all his faults has continued. Without it I really do fear for our future.

30 actual human Everton fans have voted for that fat Spanish kopite weapon Benitez. My faith in humanity just died a little more.

I'd have Mourinho all day long. Just imagine the fun we'd have. I'd wager he's the most likely of the lot to get us in the champions league too. He'd finally get his man in John Stones too. Bet he'd flog Lukaku again for a laugh though.

Dunno. None of them except Mourinho which is unrealistic at the moment.

I'd stick with the foreign theme though as there are plenty of good coaches and managers around Europe. The search to identify his successor should begin NOW.
