I believe it's worked out over a three year period which would give us fair ammount of leeway as we didn't have a great ammount of net spend over the last 2 seasons. I might be wrong though

You're probably right actually- does ring a bell. Hopefully over the next year or so we'll be addressing our commercial wing to which has the capability to raise a lot more than it does right now. Along with the funds raised by the inevitable Lukaku transfer, and potentially Stones, it could be offset somewhat I guess.
