They sure as hell wasn't 48 hours late on the United manager saga.

All of talk of Emery being more exciting than Koeman strikes me as the sheep factor.
That first half against the RS they should have been dead and buried and I've watched many of their league games which have been very dull. I feel Koeman is no more exciting or underwhelming than Emery.
Both credible managers who could succeed for us but if we have chosen Koeman then I for one am more than happy with that call.

Not really taking that long is it? Could be for any number of reasons. To maximise PR, could be to give Southampton time to sort a new manager, Southampton might be dragging their feet signing paperwork as we've pissed them off.

It's been days since the story broke. People need to take a breath.

This. I suspect timing has been agreed with Southampton so they look as if they fought as hard as possible to keep him.

It seems like most other days now, but it's still not really the done thing to make announcements on Sunday.

Yep, and as said the other day...if you didn't think a MONCHI was a brand of ALDI crisps aimed at kids up until 3 weeks ago then you're probs a bad liar.

Yet now...we NEED him to take us forward & he's the missing piece.all that...

I completely concur.
When I first heard his name I was disappointed after being linked with Overmars but now this Monchi fella is crucial for us.
