Been away for a few days. I thought this was done and dusted days ago according to people on here so why has there still been no announcement?

lads hopefully we dont get overmars, he is more interested in making profit, ajax fans hate him always looks for cheap buys for academy, we dont need foreigners in academy really, should get a better doF to make signings for first team like monchi but that looks unrealistic

Some people just have different things that interest them about watching football/interest them about the club.

Some won't care less if an academy lad ever plays for us again, some it is their prime interest, the rest somewhere between. No wrongs or rights really.

I totally agree mate, and we're pretty blessed by what we have at youth level at the mo...but I genuinely feel it unfair to go (RE: Ron) 'he has no form with youth...yada-yada-yada...'

Put simply, we have to wait and see...we can't bomb him on it now.

Apparently our new boy on the Board has THOROUGHLY pissed off the Saints 'big hitters'. Which is great as those arrogant f*ckers honestly thought Koeman wouldn't join Everton - right up until last Thursday!!

Moshiri has made them look like footballing light weights (which they are).

Guy on my team at work is a big Saints fan, goes to see a lot of the U21 and youth games. He reckons the main reason Koeman hasn't brought through too many youth players is just that there's a bit of a lack of quality in there at the moment, compared to a few years back.

They certainly looked poor in the game we played against them!

As I say we'll just have to see and judge him on what he does at our club.

Personally feel it OK to go in with a "I like him for this, this and this but am a bit concerend with this aspect and that trait but hope I'm just being a worrier" attitude!
