Mrs R is involved in the prescription of these scripts, and has never mentioned that. Plus, most have to drink it in a chemist, and hang around a while after.

Did you know that heroin addicts have to be administered methadone prescriptions so that they won't sell them to buy smack. To get around this, they drink large amounts of water before their appointments, and then vomit up the medicine into a cup or bottle, which they will then sell to other addicts. These other addicts will then drink the vomit to get a hit from the methadone.

That's depressing.
