Actually, the £5m and no player swoop are agreed already, but they also want an official announcement from Everton conceding that Southampton are the bigger club and Moshiri has not yet agreed to that bit.

Koeman has contract, Saints has right to propose their demands, no one force us to accept, all is come from our club pursue Koeman when his contract is not ended.
