I think we will get Pellegrini. I don't think he is as amazing as people think, some of his buys have been horrible, I think he should have won more there with the money they have, and he is another one of those managers who feels it's acceptable to go into a season in 3/4 competitions relying on only 2 or 3 strikers where an injury could kill the entire season.

But having said all that: he is definitely an upgrade. I know that's not saying much, but we have a better chance of progression under Pellegrini than Martinez.
 

We really should be focusing on other managers rather waste our time on Jose, are we really this dumb?

It's a case of wanting what we can't have.

Aye like most sourced people the more they give stuff away and more high profile they are then eventually it gets shut right down, for example if @The Esk has contacts (which i believe he does since the takeover) and he started to give x,y, z details can guarantee that within a few weeks/months he would here absolutely nothing of note ever again, but he is smart enough to realise that which is why he has shared some thigns but nothing too specific that can be traced back or can be seen to be blatantly from someone inside the club.

This is spot on, and for those who've been around a while on here, they'll notice that LCAB never gave an exclusive after Eric Dier signing on loan, absolutely dried up after that. His source obviously saw the leak and then never told him anything after that...hasn't stopped him from acting ITK ever since though *looks to the seaside*

still miffed about that these days....
 

As I already said in the Martinez thread, i think Lucien Favre would be a good replacement and a realistic one too. He has good contact to young Players and is tactical well trained. All Teams he trained, had similiar situations as Everton when he took over and Favre brought them back to glory. So anyway. What do you guys think of him?
