Whoever takes over has a big job. Yes this is a very talented team of individuals. This is not a team. The board needs to act now and find a full time replacement by end of May. This is not about a semi final its about the long term future. The fans can't take anymore. We have some very good young players that we need to keep hold of. I was for Pelegrini to get the job but I think we now need a younger manager who wants to take on a project. This is a big job and will take time. Everton fans will give that if they proper progress to the new person. We need a manager who will bring through the younger players. A guy who can organise a team and is not afraid to change tactics when plan A doesn't work. I am not sure who fits the position.

Most of the young managers sadly fail at top end of prem - RM, Rogers, AVB. Pochettino is one doing well - at the moment at least

Would prefer an experienced, proven winner
