Holy Guacamole!!

Whoever comes in if there's a change, I hope they look to address the lack of fitness and conditioning of our players. Considering how many points we have dropped in the last 15mins of games this season.

Lack of fitness leads to poor focus and concentration resulting in mistakes.

Successful teams home and abroad have players who not only technically good footballers but also have a level of fitness and athleticism to be able to sustain the demands of competitive football week in week out.

We have really struggled to change gear in games this season. We seem so intent on setting the scene from kick off with a slow tempo and find it difficult then to change the pace of the game.
