What are you talking about mate?

Guardiola has never won the CL at Bayern, he also never took over part way through a season at Bayern

Like with the City job - he was announced around January as taking over Bayern - but started the job in the Summer

I see, you are correct. Well he's one of the best in any case, and if he's never won the CL for Bayern, it strengthens my point, even the best can be criticised. Some people actually (very, very, very few) criticise Mourinho for getting £28m for Lukaku, even though at the time nobody thought badly of him. Or say he doesn't stay long at a club, which is very harsh too.

Martinez winds me up every Time he speakers now.

Saying Leicester is a one off and won't be repeated.

To me it says with proper organisation and desire from the players anything is possible.

What a blurt, has he not gone yet??????

Havent been listening his pressers since the derby. I just cant.

Hasn't realised where the Martin O'Neil stuff was coming from but I see now. He's out of contract soon. This will be his agent drumming up non existent interest to get him a bumper new contract with Ireland.

Speaking ahead of his side's warm-up match with Switzerland, the manager joked players' wives and girlfriends could only attend if they were "really attractive".

The Kilrea man said: "It depends on how good-looking the girls are. If they're really attractive, they're very, very welcome. The uglier ones I'm afraid not."

The National Women's Council of Ireland criticised the remarks. "There is no place for sexist comments of this nature in Irish football, particularly at this level," director Orla O'Connor said.

Thought the same thing when I started seeing these rumours yesterday. Non-starter, in my opinion.

Perhaps Roberto Martinez and Frank De Boer could swap jobs? Stranger things have happened. Would be an upgrade imo.

Martinez has been close to the Cruyff family since sharing a house with his son, Jordi, when they both had playing careers in the North West of England, Cruyff Jnr at Manchester United and Martinez at Wigan. More recently, Martinez took Johan Cruyff’s grandson, Jessua, to Wigan in 2011.

The stumbling block to any deal would be the potential levels of compensation written into the Everton contract and the fact that Martinez committed to Everton for four years.

But Cruyff will think that he can convince the Spaniard that playing in the Champions League and winning the Dutch league title would enhance his managerial c.v.

Echo on the wind up doing random stories based on betting odds. Will they do it again in three days when there's a new favourite?
