Really hope that whoever the new manager is keeps Unsy on in his role with the 21s. Seems to be doing a really good job and the kids look like they are having a ball playing for him.

I have a feeling the order of preference is Mourinho, Koeman, Pellegrini, De Boer

hope Unsworth's motivation to manage this club has not gone unnoticed by the hierarchy too, for the future. the way he dealt with the media, the scenes on the sidelines today, it was immaculate, perfection, he is class

I hope Koeman wants to stay at Soton, and De Boer's youth and ambition is preferred over Pellegrini!!!!

Could see a De Boer dream team involving Unsworth totally as well as bringing in coaches like Zenden and the like

Pellegrini is just an older, posher Martinez isn't he.

He's taking the best approach. Saying all the right things in front of the media and public but he's obviously saying something completely different behind the scenes. The way it should be.
