It's my first ever visit to Goodison today - watch out for me with a special message to the Board :) :)

COME ON, WHO WAS IT?, I'M NOT MESSING EITHER, I'LL SEND THE BOYS ROUND IF I SEE ONE AGAIN!

Make of that what you will.

Peoples...

Stop assuming it's dusted RE LVG...he is still MASSIVELY popular within UNITED and - regardless of final position - he's had the balls (and the need) to bring plenty of youngsters through this year...and that appeals HUGELY to those at their big table as it reminds them fondly of what's gone before and the possibility of it happening again...

There's also a trophy more than likely en route.

It's not as cut & dried as some think.

I think ManUs board do not like Mourinho. He just doesnt feel right fit.

I don't think buying in a player in January and playing him for half a season before he disappears off the radar really does much benefit to an argument that Mourinho develops young players.

...yes mate, but the argument that he DOESN'T is really quite sweeping isn't it.

He wins things.

I'm not arsed how.

Jose will play young players if he deems them good enough. Whilst Moshiri is a rich man, he wont be able to invest or give Jose the money that Abramovich did so he will have to look at the U21s and U18s for those players to help boost the squad.

No that's right mate, playing a youngster up front in the champions league final is by no means trying to help develop a young player.

You're 0/2 this evening and after a pretty pathetic run this season you should probably take the summer off

I know no more than anyone else, but any discussions with any new manager will surely include the superb academy prospects that will be (hopefully) a constant flow of well coached and well drilled players that will be at their disposal.

It would be a massive positive to me.
