He is, but all roads point to him not even on our shortlist, which is a shame.

Interestingly the lads on the Echo podcast mentioned Cocu, said he was looked at and quickly dismissed. We apparently have a shortlist of 2 according to them.

He's done very well at very low level clubs. Then he goes to Munchengladbach and gets them into the CL, does the double over Bayern but resigns something like 5 games into this season. He plays very defensive counter attacking football apparently. I got this from here and Wikipedia so....

Unless there is a sniff of Mourinho of course, but I think that has sailed. He is currently out of work, if he was going to be our manager they would have done a deal by now.

Don't want Favre or Pelligrini, both very uninspiring and neither command the respect of the names above.
