Baffled by the love in for Poch,Spurs have a terrible record this calendar year. He's never won anything still either. I think Poch is a bit of a Myth, who had all his ducks aligned when he took over spurs, Kane coming through,Ali on fire and Erikson coming to the fore. Them players are all still their and nearing their peak so why are they going backwards?

No, not convinced by Poch but I'd still have him over Silva I guess, just think he's a bit overrated.

If you judge him over his full tenure he's done a great job. The wheels fell off over the last year, but up until then he's outperformed big name managers with bigger budgets and better squads. No trophies but CL football 4 years out of 5 including a first final appearance, runners up in PL, big wins over Madrid, Dortmund etc. All on a net spend of 18m p/a.

And yet look how many losses he has on his record this year. Spurs have a good squad, one of the best strikers in the country, one of the best 10s, a few are off form, the Belgian lads at the back.

I don'tthink he is doing a good job currently, that's how we do this football thing isn't it. Based on current results, not what happened last yea or the year before?

The wheels fell off and it cost him his job. Fair enough, it's a results business.

Once he's gone however he should be judged on the job he's done over the duration.

Fair enough, over his duration he won bugger all, that's certainly a selling point, I can see the vociferous shouts for him based on this.

He's lost more games in the current year than the fella we want rid of. He's become a super coach by finishing top 4 and getting to a final, thats's how far football has fallen, that's success these days.
