We have found our man.

There have been fridges kicked and doors punched, tactics boards butted. “He has his foot up against your throat and doesn’t let go,” says Juan Cala. The Getafe defender means it figuratively of course, but another says: “You sometimes wonder if he’s going to hit you.”

Yeah, mentioned by O'Keefe in the Athletic, so there may be some truth there.

Is he any good C? I like someone with AMBITION.

Also, to be entirely honest, was amazed that 100+ managers have been in touch about the position.

Marco Silva did a better gust of keeping Hull up. Your bald statistics also ignore the fact that Newcastle spent heavily in the January window to try and stay up.

They paid £12m each for Shelvey and Townsend. And £5m for Saivet who never started for them and made 4 appearances before leaving the club.

Hardly a big outlay.

I’m convinced that unless we can get somebody big right now, all we need is somebody to continue what Silva should have been doing for the next 18 months. Maintain mid table whilst we integrate new players and the removal of the crap. Try to play within the long term plan the DOF will have for the squad. Which I hope is still the plan.

A lot of the names now popping up like Marcelino and Pereira would do this just fine and bring the possibility of more.

So just get one of those types in so we can get on with being normal, average, above average or good.....and don’t dare go near either Moyes or Benitez you utterly stupid football club.

Then in 18mths when we are a stable top 10 team with much less players that we all despise and a recognisable style, we can go again for a bigger name to try get us going places.

Bordalas is the Spanish Sean Dyche, literally.

Marcelino all the way baby.

in fairness he was very Dyche but has progressed with Getafe. Overseen a change in the playing staff and reducing the average age of what was a very old team and now they play some okay footy.

Id say he seems the type whose just found his right club at the right time and will flounder anywhere bigger though.

literally in bold of what you have quoted fella..
yeah frondel fella!! but why to go to the effort of posting an in-depth table with the headers screwed backwards. Fix it like! it's this lack of attention or care that is costing the club, as a fan base we need to do our bit too. C-

Kenwright is dead on for Moyes, apparently, which worries me because Farhad won't let Brands do his job without interference (or so it appears from a distance). We need to see some backbone from the owner to let Brands work.

The fact Davey Moyes isn't done and dusted already gives me hope this, or some version thereof, is happening.
