Emery has won stuff, but it’s hardly as exciting as it would’ve been had we got him in before Arsenal. In his defence though, they’re probably even worse than us defensively but with a couple of world class strikers.

Yeah but we could do that anyway and kill the feel good factor, least if its Dunc that gets the loss we can just look forward to Leicester, but if a new manager gets it we will all instantly question why we rushed into something

I thought he would be a great option couple years ago. But looking at arsenal the play was too slow. Would have us organised I'm sure in away matches but I'm sick of side ways continental football and it just doesnt work at goodison. Last 5 years has proven that beyond any doubt.
