They aren't getting Pochettino for two reasons:
1 - He won't go there and has said as much (due to Spurs), but it's more fun for the media to sell clicks knowing their lot are feverishly desperate for any Spurs leftovers
2 - They can't afford him. He was the 2nd highest paid manager in the league, and isn't going to there for a pay cut imo.
3 - They can't afford anything. They don't have any money to spend that isn't made up of structures that make Levy look like a playboy. He spent more than Klopp has at spurs, despite the media slant of him making something from nothing, so I can't see him wanting to work with that.
