It depends if Arteta thinks he is ready to go into management, he has been an assistant manager now for some time and will have to take the plunge.

Will he have been looked at by Everton, certainly he will. A highly thought of assistant to the hugely successful Pep. If he never played for us he would have to be considered..... are we serious about trusting him with the job is a different matter and where would that leave Ferguson ?

Here’s the thing. Could he implement Pep’s style here with our players? The isn’t that exactly why we came a cropper under Bobby and Marco?

Who says Arteta will use Peps style?

Maybe he will use Evertons style.

Nobody knows what style Arteta prefers.
Yes, I am presupposing what he will do. I just imagine he would be most influenced by Pep and Wenger.

While he spent a good chunk of time under Moyes, he was raised in the Spanish system, captained the U-21s, etc, so I am guessing he would play in the Spanish style.
