I just think, especially in sport, we tend to think that we are living in the biggest, greatest, most competitive era ever.

Bobby Robson forgot more about football than most of us will ever know, and he said that you can talk about systems and styles as much as you like. But the real key is having good players, and then setting the side up in a way that gets the most out of them.

You can have the best strategy in the world, but it counts for nothing if youdo not have the men to make it work.

I don't think they're on this particular market mate.

I am just comparing the past appointments to what they are considering now. Football wise it makes no sense what direction they want to go in. When every manager has a totally different philosophy you get millions wasted in transfer fees on player no longer in new manager's plans.
