my brain hasn't processed this yet
Basically any time you think you’re more likely to score it than to win in OT. I think with Washington playing against a backup QB you can argue they’re equipped to win it in OT and shouldn’t go for it. Of course if you can’t trust your kicker that’s a different thing too. When should a team go for 2 points to win a game with seconds left?.
Edit : dodgy info, hasn’t happenedGiants firing Dabol and GM Joe Schoen.
Mahomes magic there
I put Detroit above them right now. They look unstoppable at the moment.Actually doubting the Chiefs for the first time this season. You could always safely assume the offence would get it together in time for the post season, but the defence has looked vulnerable the last couple of weeks in a way I haven't seen in a long time.

The Chargers game in a couple of weeks worries me a lot.I really like Detroit (and Goff is 2-0 against Mahomes which isn't nothing) but I don't trust teams who just go week to week blowing the brakes off other teams during the regular season. They're showing too much and there are plenty of savvy NFC teams with good personnel who will already be looking at the film for when the post-season comes. And while Campbell is a really great coach, he is prone to the sort of once-off game management blunders that cost you the big games. I don't think they'll win it. I think the Chiefs' biggest threats are in their division and wider conference. The Chargers, the Broncos and the Bills
