In hindsight I have no idea why I thought the Rams had a chance. I knew their D was legit. When you have that many top tier players on that side of the ball they might bend a bit but they won't break.
But when you have an offense that is virtually 100% scheme related and you give BB and Co two weeks to prepare for it, it's not gonna end well for the side with mediocre players all over the field. Goff is bang average at best. Gurley is vastly overrated. The scheme made them look good. A fat CJ Anderson performed better than Gurley FFS.
Goff made several terrible decisions because BB and Co made it hard for him to read the right throw. He missed wide open receivers numerous times because of it.
Goff is bad...made to look good by scheming wide open 1st reads...BB took those away because he had two weeks to figure out McVey's scheme.
Play that game 100 times and Goff loses 90 of them.
