That team is a disaster. I don't see Marrone surviving the year. I'm a Bills fan so I'm biased, I like a lot of the players on that team. Don't like the coach or management.

Doug Marrone just fired a guy he got a job everywhere he went. He got him as the OC at Syracuse, he got him a job at Jacksonville when everyone passed over Marrone as a HC. So he had to take a job as an Oline coach on a bad team and got his buddy Hackett a job there.

Now, he fired him. That team is going to suck and I hope Duval enjoys 7-9 ceilings for the next 3 years.

Thing is if they fire that coaching staff and find league average QB play, they have the talent to compete especially on defense. It'll be really tough, they're going to have serious problems with the salary cap as well, but that core is still really good.

I agree. I like a lot of their players. They have talent, but just not in the right places. They have an excellent CB, a good lb corps, some good linemen. Fournette is potentially overrated, and if he is good, they have a good rb, ok line, and no receivers.

I've watched a team constructed like that for 20 years. They're 7-9 to 9-7 unless they draft an extraordinary QB imo. And good for them, hope they enjoy it.

They have a terrible QB, end of. Fire the GM, what is the OC going to do. Their WRs may not be great, but Brady and Rodgers get production from similar corps (or less).

Mate, you know that's an upgrade on status quo.
 

Was listening to Talksport in the night. The guy who likes NFL had a game of choosing your NFL team based on a premier league team. He said the 49ers or the Dallas Cowboys as Liverpool as they were good in the 80's but have been living off past glories for the last 25 years.

I’d say the cowboys are more like Utd
