Seahawks, Giants. Too early to see if anyone else is good. If Niners have a defense again they could be good. Cards should improve--if Brees had that D we'd have a (more) continuous party in New Orleans. NFC East is terrible, but Giants or Skins will win although neither are very good.

You've seen a defense that is statistically at or near the top of the league in nearly every category with an offense that is still in preseason form.
Frank Clark is gonna have a breakout season.

the hawks will tighten it up, though in the NFC I have a soft spot for the Cardinals... being from AZ and all, and after a moribund decade or two. friends of mine have been season ticket holders through the most mediocre of times, gotta root for 'em in any game not involving the Pats.
